POLICY 1: CHILD SUPERVISION & RESPONSIBILITY.
Child Supervision & Responsibility Policy. By booking and/or attending a children’s pamper party at our salon, the booking parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:
• The parent or legal guardian who makes the booking is fully responsible for the supervision, behaviour, and safety of all children attending the event.
• Our salon provides pamper services and entertainment only (including hairstyling, light makeup, nail treatments, and dancing activities) and does not provide childcare services.
• At least one responsible adult must be present at all times during the event.
• The salon and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
• Any inappropriate or unsafe behaviour must be addressed by the responsible parent or guardian. By confirming the booking, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for all attending children.
POLICY 2: ALLERGIES & HEALTH DISCLAIMER.
Allergies & Health Disclaimer Policy.
For the safety and wellbeing of all children attending our pamper parties, the following conditions apply:
• The booking parent or legal guardian is responsible for checking and informing the salon in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions of all attending children.
• Parents must ensure that all other guests’ parents have confirmed that their children do not have any allergies or reactions to cosmetic or skincare products used during the event.
• Our salon uses standard cosmetic products suitable for children; however, we do not guarantee that products are allergen-free.
• The salon and its staff accept no liability for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or health-related issues arising during or after the event.
• Patch testing is not routinely carried out unless specifically requested in advance. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any health-related risks.
